ZS Offshore, a service of Hedley-Urban Marine Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the ZS Offshore platform and the Sedna Co-Captain Network (collectively, the "Service") at zsoffshore.life. The Service includes an SMS/MMS-based catch reporting system and a private intelligence platform for recreational and charter fishing vessels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.

2.1 Information You Provide

When you enroll in the ZS Offshore platform and use the Service, we collect:

• Contact information: your name, phone number, and vessel name
• Vessel details: vessel name, registration code, home port, region, and vessel type
• Catch data: photographs of catches submitted via MMS, including GotOne app screenshots containing species, size, GPS coordinates, weather conditions, tide, moon phase, water temperature, and timestamps
• Survey responses: post-trip information you provide through our online survey forms, including fishing conditions, techniques used, and trip notes

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with the Service, we automatically receive:

• Phone number and message metadata from Twilio (our SMS/MMS service provider)
• Image files transmitted via MMS
• Server access logs (IP addresses, timestamps, request data)

2.3 Information Derived from Your Data

We use AI-powered image analysis (Anthropic Claude API) to extract structured catch data from your submitted photographs. This includes species identification, measurements, GPS coordinates, and environmental conditions displayed in the screenshots.

We use your information to:

• Process and catalog your catch submissions
• Generate personalized catch reports and catch cards
• Deliver reports back to you via SMS/MMS
• Maintain a catch log for your vessel and fishing history
• Produce aggregated, anonymized fishing analytics and seasonal trend data
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of the Service

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate the Service:

• Twilio: SMS/MMS messaging infrastructure. Twilio processes your phone number, message content, and media attachments. See Twilio’s Privacy Policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

5. Data Retention

Catch data, photographs, and trip records are retained for the duration of your enrollment in the Service and for a reasonable period afterward to support historical catch analysis. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). Contact registry information is retained for as long as your account is active.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure API key management, and access controls on our server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. GPS and Location Data

Catch submissions may contain GPS coordinates embedded in GotOne screenshots. This location data is used to catalog where catches were made and to generate trip reports. GPS coordinates are stored as part of your catch record. We understand the sensitivity of fishing location data and will never publicly disclose your specific GPS coordinates without your explicit consent.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data and removal from the contact registry
